About Me

Having appeared in The West End and worked globally on stage for over 10 years, I am well-versed in image-focused industries and the disordered body image and relationship with food that comes with the external pressure to be smaller. I found training and nutrition for strength personally, which led me to qualify as a personal trainer. I've been supporting women with their relationship with food and health for many years since. I am a certified EIQ Nutritionist, trainee counsellor and now focused on supporting people to develop a more holistic approach to health, with a speciality in working with neurodivergent people.

Educator

I run a series of talks around body image and relationship with food. The purpose being to support young people, to hopefully avoid the development of poor body image and disordered eating habits as they age.

I deliver applicable evidence based information that students can go away with. Since 2021 I have been delivering these workshops in schools and Drama schools (Italia Conti, MADD College) to help young performers take a wider view on their health, to separate their body from their job and to support career longevity.
